Well, today I am going to share a killer workout idea with you. I am sure after finishing this workout; you can feel your abs for sure. This workout can successfully work on incorporate abs and entire core aria along with your entire body. 2-3 min of warm joking, jumping jack –any light warm-up exercise
Now move on each step one by one in a circuit manner –make sure you don’t rest more then 10 second within every step
1- 12 reps -bodyweight squats
2- plyo pushups (clapping) –Exact 10 steps
3- walking lunges-up and back (6 steps both –one by one)
4- floor mountain climbers(for 30seconds)
5- lunge jumps( both side-6 raps)
6- 12 raps- lying leg thrusts (abs) on floor
7- squat jumps-8 raps exact
8- side plank (keep hold for 30 seconds on each side)
Done …yes, now rest for nearly 2 minutes after finishing all the steps…feels good…Yes …for me it’s a very good workout and for sure you would feel your abs. Repeat same step for 3-5x and you can see the effect from there now .Quite good for improving your fitness standard.
